p444's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the incident; or (b) ₱5,000.00.
Nothing in these Terms limits p444's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the p444 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with p444 through good-faith negotiation by contacting our customer support. p444 will use its best efforts to respond to and resolve good-faith complaints within 14 calendar days.
p444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, p444 will provide at least 7 calendar days' advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform and/or by sending an email to your registered address.
Continued use of the p444 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
